Transfer of Ownership
As your realtor is well aware, the State of Arizona requires that a qualified party inspects any property with an on-site wastewater treatment facility (such as a Septic system) our staff has been certified by ADEQ and can certify your system for escrow.
Pump Every 3-5 years
A healthy septic system will accumulate scum on the tank surface, and dead bacteria on the tank floor. We recommend pumping your tank every 3-5 years to give it a fresh start. While we are in there, we will tank a look and make sure that things are working as they should. Give us a call to get your tank in order.
